About the Author

Muhammad Hammad Shakeel is an AI/ML and software engineer and a student of Artificial Intelligence at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) in Peshawar, Pakistan.

The governing layers this book is about are also the author’s daily working environment: directing autonomous coding agents, building the skills, tools and multi-agent workflows around them, and trying to measure what they actually produce rather than what they report. Every Good Regulator grew out of that work, and out of a question that kept coming back during it: what does the system that runs the system actually know — and who is allowed to tell it it’s wrong?
